If you know how to grab DL sector, you won't have a big issue. KE sees little bit different award inventory than DL does, so it's buggy and occasionally unpredictable. Just a reminder, KE has different redeem system and required miles are different if partner sector is included. And rules become stiff (cannot change routing, etc.)

Also I'm not familiar with KE's credit card policy, but if you'll use non-Korean cc and start journey from non-KE gateway city, I'm not sure what's the procedure.
