Since the OP was asking about next summer, I was excluding the holiday S-fares that tend to be widely available and may not require 60-day advance purchase.
Personally, I have never seen S-fares for IST outside of holiday periods.

Excellent point for OP. I have found similarly that MAD is an excellent alternative to BCN.
