And, to be precise, turkeys are not a "fringe benefit," they are a "fridge benefit."
I once worked for a company that at X'mas time each employee gets a big old Honey-baked ham plus some other holiday goodies. I was so glad they did not give the 30lb Tom turkey which I would have promptly give away instead of taking it as "fridge benefit".
