I had a F award for last week which I could not travel on so I asked them to move it any other day they can get in the next 11 months since it was only issued recently. Guess what.... Not a single date was available at all till the ticket expires in November next year for DEL-LHR in F. So she cancelled the segments and the ticket is lying in cyber space without any flights attached to it. Apparently I can just call up and then can reissue for free when a flight opens up??? Is that right?

If anything I find F space opens up 2-3 days before a flight and only on the Mon, Tue and Wed flights.
