Depends: When you are ticketed in DL stock (006 ticket number) then 150% RDM and MQM, when it's in AF stock then 125% RDM and 150% MQM.

However be prepared to haggle about the miles. One of my flights was not credited with 150% MQM but 125% and DL is still "investigating" the issue. The lfigh was in January of 2012 ...
