The additional fees are all set out when paying on the website. There's also the Indonesian airport tax on top of that, payable in cash at the airport, but that would be the case for any airline anyway.
I bought a ticket on AK but was wonerig if FR-type extra charges apply (visa checks if non-EU national, baggage charge *which AK (also charges), fee to drop off bags, fee to check in with an agent, etc.
