AC inflight Customer Service Feedback
What is the best tool used to provide feedback to AC, Twitter, Website Feedback entry, Call AC?
I flew J class yesterday Flight AC 165 YUL-YYC, and I want to highlight the amazing service provide from the head FA. The FA started the flight by introducing herself to both of us and offered to walk us through the IFE (I am only an elite and the passenger next to me was an SE). I thought this was rare and maybe due to the SE next to me, however she continued through the entire J cabin. The other level of service that I found exception is she addressed all passengers by the last names, even when I had used the restroom midflight she recalled my last named and asked if there was anything else she could do to make the flight more pleasant.
I am posting as I truly believe this level of service is rare on AC , and would like to recognize the FA team on our flight. I am fortunate that through work I fly several J class trips each year (A few to London, Paris) and even on Jazz YYC to IAH and hardly ever receive this level of service. A perfect example was my flight YYC to YUL, 11am departure, I had asked for a Caeser and the FA responded “isn’t a little early.” Sure maybe it wasn't noon in Calgary yet, but it was 5”oclock somewhere.
Obviously being called by my last name doesn't make or break a flight, in fact I always find it a bit odd, but I shows the dedication and service from the FA which truly makes you feel like an individual customer.
