Complaining to DL is unlikely to be effective, but it would help to know the details of your incoming and outgoing CDG connections, specifically ticket stock, marketing carrier, and operating carrier as well as fare class/cabin class. You could try complaining to SkyTeam, but they are unlikely to do anything either.
