I am Canadian but I have a US debit card from Harris bank. I have several friends with US addresses, I use one for the Harris card billing address -- I am using this arrangement to buy USA only music, ebook, concert tickets deliver electronically etc. Would this be any help to get there? BA business class is *awesome* (and expensive) so getting a card which helps me getting there would be nice.
