Funny you should mention this.
I stayed in my first Aloft last Sunday (Tulsa)
The most noisy hotel that I can remember ever staying in.
The wind was howling so much that I thought a window was left slightly open.
Just assumed (and it still could be) it was the direction my room was facing.
On 5th floor and the hotel was otherwise dead, so no info about bar/restaurant noise
