+1 to this. I've had the "pleasure" of these AC on my routes for a while now.

If I must use my laptop/work on the flight, I will go for the bulkhead due to the potential for somebody going full recline on me.

If I'm not working and/or I need to stow a bag underneath the seat in front of me, I usually go with 3B or 3C.
