Personally, I wouldn't get off at Kelenföld. It's out in the Styx, it's a generally unpleasant place, and it can be difficult to get a taxi from there. You can call and wait, but it might take longer, and City Taxi's airport transfer price, for example, is HUF 1,000 more expensive from there.

On public transport, it's also more expensive - you'd be using tram/metro/bus, which requires either three single tickets or a transfer ticket and a single ticket. From Keleti, metro/metro/bus only requires one transfer ticket (you don't need to validate the ticket for the metro/metro transfer).
