Your article says 9 of the 18 were refitted over the 18 month period. Sure, this covers all 6 ER models, but by this article there are another 9 that are not refitted.
Sorry - you are right - not all 747s. But all the long haul ones (that fly to DFW/LAX/SCL) now have A380 grade seats in J class it seems. So it's A380 quality to and from the Americas.
The remainder of the 747s are being used on Asia/JNB/FRA routes and 3 of them have the old F-class seats that are used for J-class.
