I agree with Happy. The CVS store has the absolute right to refuse service. Calling out the manager will not get the results that you want. He did not say that the registers would not accept a CC - just that he had been trained not to accept CC for GC purchases. You are better off going to other CVS stores where they are willing to accept CCs.
