Bad signage at the airports, specially at YYZ.
Very few signs, leaves many people confused about where to go, etc.

The luggage belt scenario. People taking off bags which do not belong to them, realize it isn't theirs, and then push it/shove it aside rather then put it back on the belt for the real owner.

the people who are texting all the time while walking. Sometimes I pray the crash into a pillar or something hard so they learn a lesson. Smartphones have made people so dumb these days.

From the thread it seems obvious that common-sense is not common anymore.
Was it ever common?
