A, F, P gets a 50% COS bonus
D, I, J, R gets a 25% COS bonus
Y and lower don't

So even in my example above, it won't get the full miles, but will if the OP can do it on an EQP basis. First, Business and Y, B, and W fares get 1.5 EQP.
