If your complaint is with the amount of U space released, there's no real feedback for you to give. AS is not going to give away seats for upgrade if people are willing to pay full price for them, no matter how important you think you are. If you want the seat, pay for it. Otherwise, take your place in line.
That's really the issue. AS are properly upgrading you, but they're not releasing enough upgrade inventory to make you happy. There's no much recourse you have there. You can just book into inventory that has the instant upgrade available.
