The SIN F lounge renovations have been pretty much cancelled. The current lounge is nothing to write home about.

Yes you will be able to use the SYD F lounge - enjoy!

BA11 from memory is a 747 service, so old first. In which case you're probably better off on QF2. Same can be said for the return trip, BA16 will still be a 747 until after QF switches to x/DXB.
