Read a couple of posts upthread for Florida ideas. YUL-YYZ-FLL will only get you around 3,428 miles, a bit short of your target. Also try MCO or LAS (for more miles in one run, also out of BTV on UA). CPM is not great but you should find something for $400-500-ish.

Other suggestions: learn ITA, check the Mileage Run forum or YULDeals.
