No. The first 10 rows get more legroom. Row 1-3 are just blocked for the "Best" "Business-Class-Light" fare. If they get
The concept looks like a carbon copy of the AB fare structure.
The only difference are the seats with more legroom in the front.
It just depends on the real prices you have to pay.
What I see as as a problem:
- FTL have to pay for lounge access, so no extra perks for them. FTL is worhless - you may use your shiny silver card to scratch your window!
- No perks for *G
- No Priority checkin, fast lane or extra luggage for SEN/HON
- Lounge Access is limited to the "routes where 4U offers the Best fare" - why on earth not offering the "Best Fare" on all routes? Is it so complicate?
"Oh Sorry, you have no access to the lounge because we decided not to offer the Best Fare on that route". Lottery!
It could easily be solved, but it seems a bit of an arrogance here!
Loyalty does not count in that system. FTL get nothing - so they are free now and can book where they find the cheapest price. SEN and HON get lounge access on some routes as a little goody but no real other hard or soft perks.
If you need the extra service, you just buy the Best Fare - no need for a shiny card, no need to bundle trips on one airline anymore - perfect freedom.
If you consider Status and Milage running as a drug, you are just being dried out!
If I compare with AB: I just think that the legroom in the first 3 rows beat the AB XL-Seats - but with AB I can prebook them even as Plebs with paying the fee.
Lounge Access depends on the routes: For HAM-LHR I would go with BA.
