As per Sky Miles rules award tickets involving Cuba can't be issued. But I do plan to hop over there from Jamaica or Bahamas one of these days.
So it sounds like I could go via AMS to one of the Dutch islands or via CDG to one of the French islands for 120k in business, but to MBJ I would have to fly KE or CI to the U.S. and continue to MBJ with DL.
I have a feeling that the DL domestic availability will push the whole trip above 120k...anyone know if KE or CI have YQ charges?
