Frustrations when Travelling:
- Security agents with their own unique process not in conformance with agency policy, e.g. Shove the bin onto the xray belt after the first item is place inside when there is ample room for other stuff. agents that want to separate me from my laptop (e.g. laptop goes through the xray before I go through the WTMD). Agents that say oh, your laptop won't get stolen because we have security cameras. Agents that will not accept valid forms of ID.
- Gate agents with their own unique process not in conformance with airline policy. Example switch around the order of preboard so that families go before elites while airline policy is all preboarders go as a single group. Agents who do not use or put out the priority boarding lanes. Gate agents who do not run the waitlist (standby or upgrade) according to policy. Agents who do not accept Nexus card when boarding a flight between Canada and USA.
- Flight attendants who have their own unique process or rules not in conformance with airline service standard. The list includes siding with seat poacher, only openning one bottle of wine at a time. making up security rules. Thinking that Canadian RCMP and laws will operate the same as USA laws.
