I've used other cashback sites without any issues unless TopCashBack works differently. It's been a month so far but I will wait it out since it worked for you and others. I don't mind the wait but was concerned because it didn't even have it listed as reported assuming TopCashBack even makes this indication for us.

I'll try it again maybe using Internet Explorer. I have the Tracking ID so hopefully that will help when the time comes. Good to know about Mr. Rebates allowing new windows for cashback. Some sites explicitly say no to this
