Someone else has commented that ANA do not break up the J cabin on their 787 with a galley in the middle (is that true?) and that the physical appearance is much less cluttered and more physically appealing than what we see on UA.
Not sure about the NH galley, but given that UA put 60(!) more total seats into their 787 relative to what NH did, not surprising about the cluttered feeling.
