Especially try out the concierge service, I have had excellent results and for me it's one of the greatest benefits to my Capital One Cash Rewards card (though not as good as the no foreign exchange fee!). I just wish Capital One would issue EMV cards.
If you don't mind my asking, what do you use the concierge service for? I have it on my Visa Signature and my Amex DL Reserve and can't come up with anything to try it out on.
