The C/F seats I have used should easily accommodate assuming they had a seat belt extender that was sufficiently long. If for some reason they can't squeeze into that then maybe they should use the train.
NBA players have it in their contracts to fly F because they need the legroom. Economy is not designed for everyone.

You should have read the entire thread before commenting. This unfortunate woman WAS able to fit in economy-class seating a month earlier. Returning, her health had deteriorated to the point where she wouldn't fit in any seat (coach or first class). Not the airlines' fault, but a tragedy for her nonetheless.
