Is that supposed to be telling the merchant that it is a chip and signature card as opposed to chip and pin?

Especially try out the concierge service, I have had excellent results and for me it's one of the greatest benefits to my Capital One Cash Rewards card (though not as good as the no foreign exchange fee!). I just wish Capital One would issue EMV cards.
