I noticed on both of my emv enabled visa cards issued by Bank of America on the lower right hand corner visa symbol, there is thed word signature. Yet that word doesn't appear on the Andrews FCU card I have and now the SDFCU card I just received. Is that supposed to be telling the merchant that it is a chip and signature card as opposed to chip and pin?

Especially try out the concierge service, I have had excellent results and for me it's one of the greatest benefits to my Capital One Cash Rewards card (though not as good as the no foreign exchange fee!). I just wish Capital One would issue EMV cards.
