The Flagship Lounge at D30 is "under construction" If you turn left from the elevators and then an immediate left, at the end of that hallway, the future FL is behind a construction wall with a door. This area used to have quiet work areas. The AC manager said she did not have a completion date but said it was "under construction" The temporary wall and door is probably about 2 months old.
Unfortunately, unless they reconfigure the existing AC, there is no longer any areas to work in.

The part I've seen is not actively under construction (at least as of about a week ago). Its literally just a bare concrete floor and ceiling in a big empty space. No construction activity at all. From what I've been told, plans aren't completely finalized yet, but they do exist conceptually. I was told 18-24 months, but that was an estimate. And we all know how long we've been hearing estimates for.
