I agree that the no change fee policy is a great benefit.
My wife and I fly every week, but our schedule changes once in a while. We are able to re-book without any BS fees, and I am thankful for this.
However, the companion pass saves us lots of cash. And I am REALLY thankful for that. We pay our own travel bills....no expense account for retirees....so the CP is gold.
