On a side note, I was a little disappointing in an interaction with a recommended travel agent (think it was Virginia something, one of them listed for Spain). Conde Naste lists an estimated minimum budget per person that they would usually require to work with.

I contacted one with a budget about 50% higher than the stated minimum. I never got a reply, and after sending another email I got a short response saying that they had indeed replied to my first email (they did not), that our budget was well under what they typically worked with, and they would not be able to put something together for us with our budget.

That kind of turned me off of anyone on the list. I would assume that the travel agents themselves tell CN what their typically traveler budget is, and in this case the listed budget was well below what they actually wanted.
