I believe so.
I ve had a couple schedule changes on my upcoming QR awards - and they were not affected.

I ve also made a voluntary change to an unrelated TG segment on a QR award, and it did not affect it.

My LHR-DOH has been swapped to a 787 - but my UA itinerary hasnt changed like it always does for a Star equipment swap - so the two systems are definitely not "talking"
