Yes, all bags went through Agricultural screening including personal items such as handbags and laptop cases.
They no longer check your bags in at the counter, you use the self service kiosk to check in and then someone tags your bags and you go to another area on your way to the security where they take your bags.
As we approached the security line it was huge! But since we had silver status and were upgraded to First class we walked to the left, there was a man at the podium and another line. There was only one family ahead of us
