I don't know what the big deal is if you know there is a resort fee. You can choose to move forward or not.

If they never dsclosed it - ever - that is a real beef.
Actually I do think SPG is going to have to modify their site to get in compliance with the letter. As I noted in the earlier thread the FTC specifically references the "most prominent" cost display and while the SPG site does show the mandatory add on the FTC letter is pretty clear that the big bold price that they display should include any mandatory costs rather than what they show now where is says in smaller font, "excludes . . ."
