My photo was not gamed; that's exactly what is offered when entering dates for that property. An add on "resort" fee is displayed at a later time (in this case, imeediately after you click on "select your rate"), which is the deception the DOT (and thousand of consumers before then) identified.

And as far as prominence, the upfront (incomplete, therefore deceptive) price is in 12 point bold font, while the mandatory fee is disclosed (later) in 8.5 point non-bold font. And nowhere there's a total at this stage.

I am not sure why you're making stuff up attempting to defend this practice.
