I don't find coach seats "undersized" as I'm only 5'8" and 170.. I DO find them uncomfortable so I PAY for exit rows (where possible), Premium Economy (regularly) and Business when I can.

Until PRICE stops being the #1, 2 and 3 factor for MOST pax the airlines aren't going to change anything...
