Me - Gave $100 a day or two after this thread was posted - no miles yet

SO - Gave $100 two weeks after I did, miles posted with in a week!
Shows up as 11/15/12 AMERICAN NATIONAL RED CROSS 500

Is there some where we can call/e-mail to ask about the miles? I also didn't get an e-mail confirmation of my donation, but have the confirmation page printed out.
