This sounds like a worthwhile plan. Each arriving group could do a quick photo shoot once past immigration/customs at ICN. It might be easier, though, to do it in the lounges before departure, or at the gate just before boarding.
On a completely separate note, does anyone know whether the inaugural BA17 landing got a water arch salute at ICN? Granted, it's not the first time BA has flown the route, but I'm sure fire crews at airports appreciate any excuse for a water arch salute:
