So I am trying to book a PER -xHkG - SGN oneworld award ticket in J on CX. This is a valid OW routing offered by CX obviously.

I see that based on the AA award table it should be 35K miles one way? But AAdvantage desk is insisting its 57.5K based on their computer calcs (priced as 2 J awards).

Finally, one agent conceded it was 35k after speaking with a supervisor and put the reservation on hold. Now 3 days later when I want to ticket, AA insist its 57.5K again.

Im trying to sort this out to no avail? Any tips? I have called many agents and not getting any luck.
