Do you mean do announcements or just announce that the crew can be in service in the following languages?
I have never been on a flight within Canada where they did announcements in anything other than French and English. Were you on a YYZ-YVR that was continuing on the same flight to Asia? In that case it is appropriate to announce in the same languages they would use from YVR to Asia.
