Not everyone will need mobility assistance or an escort to assist them through the airport – some disabled customers have requirements linked to their disability that require other assistance or special seating requirements. Please contact us for any advice regarding this."

I have been in contact. I have spinal cord damage, leaving me with spasticity and balance problems. As I am so slow I would likely slow everyone up if I walked any distance and I get knocked over in queues that overtake me. So I have been allocated assistance, and I will get through the journey as best I can, but it will be more than a little uncomfortable. Upgrading is not an option when living on disability benefits. I would not go if it were not to visit my terminally ill mother-in-law. (maybe they can duck tape me to the wing?)
Many thanks to everyones answers.
