To my knowledge there is no cashback/miles portal for Amtrak rail purchases. I believe most of the responses thus far have been suggestions on how to earn AGR points to redeem for free rail travel.

AGR redemption is unlikely to be an option for your new account as the bedroom is 25,000 points and the car an additional 15,000 points in each direction.
