No. They're not.

In reading this I realise that stretching one's legs can have two meanings. It can either mean the ability to wriggle and move one's legs more freely, or it can mean to straighten one's legs.

Your existing seats will be better than others for generally moving your legs, but not so good if you need to straighten your legs.
