I know for a fact that SUV's are more expensive to rent than Premium's.. but do they make them 'higher-leveled' in terms of class hierarchy?
Thanks!

I forget where I read this, but IIRC an SUV is considered a "2-class upgrade" over its related sedan class (or am I thinking of another company?). For instance:- ICAR - ** - IFAR
- SCAR - ** - SFAR
- FCAR - ** - FRAR
(Turns out this isn't the case)
SUVs aren't always more expensive; IME I've seen midsize SUVs to be much cheaper than Premium cars, especially if you use the weekend rate. So, IMHO, it's not necessarily an upgrade; if they try and give you a crude IFAR I would insist on a sedan or a nicely-equipped SFAR -- or ask for a rate deduction of some sort
