Best seat for spasticity

Hi - I will be flying BA0207 and return BA0208 London to Miami. As a disabled passenger I have been allocated seats 39J&39k outbound and 40b&40C return (with wife). I believe this is on a 747-400. I am told these are bulkhead seats, but am concerned because I read another passenger said they were unable to stretch their legs - which is the priority for me if possible. Apparently I cannot have an exit row seat because for the flight duration (on and off the plane) they will put me in a wheelchair for speed, though I normally walk with two sticks. According to the seating plan row 39 looks to have lots of legroom, but it also says the plan is not to scale. Any knowledge on this seating would be appreciated.
