If you plan on taking day trips to a few Belgium cities and you're limited to Hiltons due to points I'd stay in Antwerp. The hotel is fairly close to a rail station (although it is one stop... I think.... away from the mail central station if memory serves me correctly). The Conrad in Brussels is great imo, however that is gone after the first of the year (still not happy about that... really good memories at that hotel). Next time I'm in Belgium on vacation I'm going to stay in Antwerp for what that's worth. Remember to stay on an Axon (125k points for four nights in Antwerp) if 4 nights and a glon if five or more...
