Yes, but they will likely get the high pressure sell job at every interaction until a seat opens up, or they give them a better (e.g., E+) seat right before boarding.
OLCI will offer it, kiosk will offer it, and if they check with an agent, the agent may offer it.
Just hold out, and you'll be fine. Maybe even luck out and get E+ for free.
