So I recently applied for the 100k Chase British Airways deal, and, although not approved immediately, two days later I saw that it's been added to my online account. However, it's with a credit limit of only $2k, probably due to too many Chase applications recently.

I found a vague reference to there being a lower tier Platinum BA card, but supposedly there are different benefits. Does anyone have any experience of this? Does it affect the 100k? What benefits are affected? Is there any way of upgrading to the Visa Signature by simply switching over some of my credit limit from other Chase cards, or do they just keep you on Platinum no matter what?
