When did the website aircanada.cn get deleted? Why?

Wondered why I stopped getting their promotions then realized that the whole site no longer existed.

They had some great deals for Air Canada flights out of China and were a great resource to deal with issues with flights in and out of China.

Does this mean they closed their Beijing customer contact office?
