Ah, not good news for me. Have a TK J flight week after next so that made my mind up on pulling the status match trigger - even included booking details on my request beside my BA and bmi details (unspoken but kinda inferred was that I always had the choice of BA on this route where I'm already gold etc.. - even if I don't this time due to flight timings!). Fingers crossed...
