How much time should one give to visiting the two temples? Thinking of flying DPS-JOG, stay at the Manohara hotel by Borobodur (not very nice reviews but nice to be able to be right there for dawn). See the temple the afternoon before and in the morning before heading to Prambanan. Looking at flying out to CGK the next early afternoon to KUL.

So would 1 whole day and 2 parts days be enough? We've been to Siem Reap and Sukhotai.
